The Captain and his group played at the Bitter End West early in December and proved once again that the public isn’t ready for their style of entertainment. On opening night, people stared in disbelief at the stage and mouth’s hung wide open. It is the first time in my life that I actually saw and heard a three or four minute solo on bass guitar. What ever happened to the guys who sang “Diddy Wah Diddy” a few years ago?
